I have been living in my head for a while now it seems. Thinking of all the possibilities, imagining a future that is so beautiful it hurts when reality doesn’t match. As time marches on and we swiftly approach a new season and the last quarter of the year I am awakening from my summer time daydreams.
I am making a concentrated effort to focus. Focus on all of the tasks that while tedious or mundane will lay down a solid foundation for the future. Hopefully, my future is even more beautiful than my day dreams!
I am finding relief and grounding in moving closer to my goals and making my dreams come true with my own hands and hard work. I am sure that when the future approaches nothing will feel better than knowing that I accomplished what I set out to.
I am trying to instill new habits for self growth and personal development. I am concentrating on my studies for both the School of Natural Healing and refreshing my memory in preparation for the MBLEx exam so that I can obtain a license to practice massage therapy in Missouri. I feel that practicing massage therapy again will help my future endeavors as a master herbalist.
Part of my visions for the future is to become a healer of healers. That has become a mission statement for me. The mission was revealed to me in one of my dreams and I feel compelled to work towards it fervently.
Part of learning to be a healer is starting with myself. Where do I need healing? How can I heal myself so that not only do I have a better foundation of self but also the knowledge and experience to help others in the future?
Thankfully for me, who is always the multitasker, my goal of self healing and my studies go hand in hand! I have been learning so many new ways to heal naturally in my studies of natural healing (surprise!!!) that are so simple and easily applied. As I learn through theory and practical application I will be better prepared to helps others on their own journey in the future.
Surrounding myself with this information; living, eating, breathing, and absorbing this knowledge will propel me forward in ways that I have not been able to before.
I look forward to meeting this future self that I am creating now in the present. Onward! Forward ho!!!
Good for you. I think being a Natural Healing practitioner is a good fit for you. I can envision you creating a soothing, healing space for your consultations and body work.
Thank you, I am very excited about my future prospects! I started classes last year but committed to the three year program to become a master herbalist on my birthday of this year. You can learn more about the school I’m attending at https://www.schoolofnaturalhealing.com/.
