Call me a hopeless romantic but I envision this blog to be my way of releasing love letters to the world, like an Edwardian woman writing hidden messages in books and poetry or a painter conveying secret messages in their artwork. Writing is so therapeutic for me. Words had been eluding me for decades it seems.  Recently I have found the desire to write again be it poetry, my journal, notes and letters, or new content. When I write I imagine I am sending love notes out into the universe. I imagine that I’m speaking to a dear friend, a loved one, or my soul mate. Will the message be received? I have no idea, but I certainly hope so!

I hope that you will journey along with me as I write about love and life. My love of cooking, my love for reading and writing. I hope you will enjoy reading about my many (mis)adventures and all the unimaginable things that have made my life remarkable.

I feel this world needs a lot more love and I hope that my words will inspire others to take more chances and to love more.
